The First U.S. Deployment of a 60 MW/120 MWh LFP Battery Energy Storage System

This project was a 1 Pike effort, including Pike Engineering, Pike Electric, Pike Renewables, and Pike Telecom. Full EPC scope of a substation and transmission connected facility. Included all engineering, site work, foundations, fencing, electrical, substation construction, transmission construction and connection to POI, and commissioning support. BESS consisted of 21- PCS units and 420- 30’ air cooled containers. First instance of this product being used in the United States.

RESULTS

Utilized the same surveyor/surveying company across all disciplines to ensure accuracy and eliminate GPS busts.
