Copper Network Removal for a Major U.S. Telecom Provider

As legacy copper networks are decommissioned, providers must remove infrastructure without disrupting active service or introducing risk. Pike executed the removal, coordinating field operations, asset recovery and compliance while keeping networks fully operational.
