Substation site development in variable field conditions requires constant adjustment to environmental and design constraints. Pike delivered a full civil scope, navigating heavy rainfall and evolving site conditions by implementing on-site erosion controls, modifying designs to improve drainage and relocating access infrastructure to better manage water flow. The project was delivered ahead of schedule and within budget.
