Robert D. Lindsay
Director
Mr. Lindsay has been a Director since 2002. He is President and CEO of Bessemer Securities LLC
as well as a Director of The Bessemer Group, Inc. and its subsidiary banks, including Bessemer
Trust Company, N.A. He co-founded Lindsay Goldberg in 2001. Beginning in 1984, Mr. Lindsay was
a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley Private Equity.
Mr. Lindsay serves as a Director of Ambulatory Services of America, Inc., Bell Nursery Holdings
LLC, Brightstar Corporation, Brock Group, Continental Energy Systems, Crane & Co., Inc., FAPS
Holdings, Inc., FSB Global Holdings, Inc., Intermex Holdings, Inc., Keystone Foods Holdings LLC,
Maine Beverage Company, LLC, Pike Electric Corporation, PL Olefins LLC, PL Propylene LLC, Rosetta
LLC and Scandza AS. He also serves as a Trustee of the Cold Spring Harbor Biological Laboratory
and St. Paul’s School in Concord, New Hampshire.
He received an MBA from Stanford University, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar, and holds a
Bachelor of Arts in English and American literature and language from Harvard College.
