Adam P. Godfrey
Director
Mr. Godfrey has been a Director since 2007 and previously was a Director from 2002 to 2006,
when he voluntarily resigned to ensure that our Board was then comprised of a majority of
independent Directors. Mr. Godfrey has been a Partner with Lindsay Goldberg since 2002.
Previously, he was a Partner with Bessemer Holdings, which he joined in 1992.
He currently serves as a Director of Pride Manufacturing Company, LLC, FAPS Holdings, Inc.,
Intermex Holdings, Inc. and Bell Nursery Holdings LLC. He also serves as a Member of the
Board of Schneider National, Inc. and as a Member of the MBA Advisory Board at the Tuck
School of Business at Dartmouth. Mr. Godfrey holds an MBA from the Amos Tuck School at
Dartmouth College and an AB from Brown University.
