Insurance
You can choose to participate in health, dental, vision insurance and prescription drug coverage plans. We also offer short and long-term disability insurance, life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment insurance.
Retirement
Pike recognizes the importance of planning for retirement. That’s why we offer a 401k plan with a company match. You can participate in the Pike 401k plan after only 60 days of continuous employment. In addition, Pike will contribute $1.00 to your account for every$1.00 you contribute up to the first 2 percent of your eligible pay.
